I have been writing and delivering psychology-based training programs for over 24 years and helped thousands of women around the world to find new jobs, new relationships and manage engaging conversations in any social or professional setting. Combining my life skills with my academic qualifications, I set up my own business to design and deliver training programs based on real-world and real life experiences. Via my YouTube Channel, I spoke to women all over the world to find out what they wanted and needed, but wasn't available.

Hear my Story of How I Stopped Feeling Like This ...
I was so far out of my comfort zone that I went into shock. I froze on the spot and had absolutely no idea what to say or do. I convinced myself that I just couldn't cope, and rather than face my fear, I panicked, burst into tears and ran out.
I only heard the criticism and I would lie awake all night overthinking where I was going wrong. I was trying to be 'more like them', but I wasn't being me and I stopped liking myself. Negative comments kept running around my head.
Fearing the unknown, I began to fill in the gaps and predict what would happen and how I would be perceived by other people. I kept asking myself, what if I don't fit in and what if they are all better than me? I never felt good enough.
I was in a rut and couldn't see a way out. The more my life was being directed and dictated by people around me, the less able I became to think for myself. I was losing control of my life and doing nothing to change it. I felt so lost and alone.

LYNSEY TURNER
Working as a Coach and Mentor, I supported a large team to overcome obstacles, set and achieve both personal and organisational objectives.
Working full time, I found myself looking after my parents and my grandparents whilst also raising my 2 young children. This had a severe impact on my health, leaving me with arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
Something had to give, and with no other option, I gave up my career to be a full-time carer. I gradually lost my identity, my purpose in life, and all my self-confidence. I began to doubt my own ability and sank into a deep depression.
Something had to change, so I set out on a journey of self discovery & healing, which led me to become a mindfulness and meditation instructor and a qualified Life Coach.
I found Sue on YouTube and gained so much from her videos that I signed up for her Find Your Self Confidence programme, a decision that changed far more in my life than I could have ever imagined. Not only did I find my self-confidence, we also built a deep and wonderful friendship. Over the following months, and now years since completing the training, we continued to support each other on both a personal and a professional basis.
